Her deep knowledge of traditional Bihari recipes and attention to quality ensure that every bite reflects the true taste of Bihar. She’s not just a homemaker—she’s a key force driving the spirit and soul of Desi Tesi.

Tilak Pandit is the visionary behind Desi Tesi. A passionate young entrepreneur and commerce student, he started Desi Tesi during his college days after realizing how deeply people missed authentic Bihari snacks like thekua. With no factory, no team—just an idea and his mother’s recipes—Tilak turned a small college experiment into a growing startup. Today, he leads Desi Tesi’s overall operations, marketing, and product development, working to take Bihar’s traditional flavors from local to global.
