1. Returns

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: If the item you receive is different from what you ordered, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue

Upon review and approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been consumed, partially used, or are not in their original condition

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at namastedesitesi@gmail.com.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
